THE RESTORE OTR


End your week feeling energized and centered with The Restore OTR! This 50-minute class begins with a SLOWER version of our C.A.T. mix of cardio, abs, and toning, followed by a deep stretching segment and finished with a guided meditation to help you relax and reset. Perfect for those looking to combine an active workout with a calming finish!

THE BURN


Ready to sculpt, tone, and feel THE BURN?
Expect a 45-minute, low-impact tone and sculpt class that blends full-body toning with intentional movement and energizing rebounding tracks to keep your heart rate humming. Expect slow, controlled strength work using the rebounder for balance and stability—interwoven with short bounce intervals to fire up the muscles and elevate that heartrate.
**This class offers the LEAST amount of Cardio/Bounce**

THE AIRSCULPT OTR


A 45-minute, full-body fusion class that blends the energizing power of rebounding with targeted strength training for a sculpted, high-definition burn. This class combines low-impact bounce intervals with mat-based resistance work to boost cardio endurance, define muscles, and elevate your workout routine—all while being easy on your joints.

Set to a moody playlist and surrounded by heated candlelight, you’ll start with detoxing blend of rebounding then move into resistance and sculpting sequences that fire up strength, balance, and control — all while keeping it low-impact and high-intention.
